I definitely believe that recycling is extremely important and that every city should implement its own recycling program. It is sad to see that Saskatoon is behind most other cities in Canada. How ironic is it that the City of Prince Albert has a city wide recycling program that is free for all residents but Saskatoon doesn't. I definitely think this is something that should be rolled out throughout the city as its just one more way to encourage people to do their part.
