It is sad to see that Saskatoon is behind most other cities in Canada. How ironic is it that the City of Prince Albert has a city wide recycling program that is free for all residents but Saskatoon doesn't. I definitely think this is something that should be rolled out throughout the city as its just one more way to encourage people to do their part.
