As a real estate agent in Saskatoon it can be both easy and hard to take any time off but it appears I have been taking a break from my Saskatoon real estate related blogs! With having recently moved to our new house in Willowgrove life has been unpredictable and my house has been filled off and on with trades people. I am at the point where it just seems normal to have some random trades person walking through as I am trying to do my day to day Saskatoon real estate business!

I have listed several houses for sale in Saskatoon and a house for sale in Martensville as well as I am listing a house for sale in Warman later today.

I will blog more with details on each property for sale in Saskatoon separately, but as an intro I have:

A 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo for sale in Saskatoon in Lakewood area on Herold Road. 2 parking spots! $219,900

A 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom side by side duplex for sale in Saskatoon close to the U of S. Over 2100 square feet and fully developed up and down for $489,900.

A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom bungalow with double attached garage and a huge double detached garage/workshop. This house for sale in Martensville is listed at $384,900.

A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom revenue house for sale in Varsity View at $225,000. Varsity View is the area closest to the University of Saskatchewan.
